The first ever participatory budgeting website in Scotland has just been launched

Scotland's first ever participatory budgeting (PB) website has just launched, developed by the Scottish Community Development Centre and funded by the Scottish Government. The site has been created to act as a central location for information, news and resources about PB in Scotland.
Participatory budgeting may not be a term you've heard before, but if you're involved in a YouthBank then you'll certainly be familiar with the concept! It's all about local people getting involved in funding decisions related to their community. At a national level, YouthBank Scotland has been involved in a number of productive conversations about how the YouthBank model contributes to these aims and we're continuing to showcase the value of the work we do.
Visit the website at pbscotland.scot to get more information about what PB work is going across Scotland and find out about upcoming events, policy and resources - they're even keen to hear your examples of PB in action!
